We are regularly asked about popular outdoor weddings venues in the Cotswolds and surrounding area so we’ve written a list, with these venues in Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and Monmouthshire. We also often work at private venues, on people’s own land or in their gardens.

COTSWOLD WOODLAND GLAMPING

 

Broadway, WR12

Nestled in the heart of the Northern Cotswolds close to Broadway lies Cotswold Woodland Glamping, nestled within 12 acres of Ash and Oak coppice. With 8 pods, a central indoor BBQ house, outdoor fire pit, well equipped kitchen, toilets and shower, as well as basins and washing up sink. This is an eco – site which is powered by solar panels and as much of the natural beauty of the woodland is retained to offer a truly unique experience. The pods, woodland and adjacent grass field can be hired for exclusive use, events and weddings.

PAUNTLEY COURT

A stunning estate and manor house with a rich history. Pauntley Court is perfect for those who want space for an outdoor reception venue and on site accommodation with the main house, the romantic timbered annex and a 17th century cottage. Pauntley Court hosts a limited number of weddings each year and is becoming one of the most popular outdoor wedding venues in Gloucestershire.

HILLSIDE FARM WEDDINGS

 

Wolford, nr Moreton-in-Marsh, CV36

A dry hire venue in Wolford, just 3 miles from Moreton-in-Marsh, Hillside Farm offers a beautiful wedding field and woodland with the space and freedom to organise your wedding exactly as you want it. Managers Sophie and Bradley have been working in the wedding industry for over a decade and offer advice, help you source suppliers and even cut your flowers! Sophie is an experienced florist as well as previously having worked as a wedding coordinator as you can be sure to have an incredibly special experience at Hillside Farm.

WILDWOOD BLUEBELL

 

Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56

Wildwood Bluebell offers the perfect site for creating the ultimate wedding experience for you and your guests. There is plenty of space and privacy, and guests can stay on site in Munday’s Meadow, the Bluebell Wood shepherds huts and in the traditional barn.

WILD WOODLAND CELEBRATIONS

 

Nailsworth, GL6

As the name suggests, this venue is located in a woodland purchased by it’s custodians for the purpose of restoring this once ancient woodland. The venue is suitable for small events with space for 2 tipis nestled into the woods with up to 120 day guests. In March and April, the woodland floor comes alive with a carpet of bluebells, simply stunning!

LAKESIDE WEDDINGS AT MAISEMORE COURT

 

Gloucester, GL2

An outdoor wedding and events reception venue located in the heart of Maisemore village overlooking a picturesque lake. There is also an old orchard next to the field which couples and their guests can use for glamping! Get in touch with Jasmine today to arrange a viewing.

DENFURLONG FARM

 

Chedworth, GL54

A 4 acre campsite with pre-existing toilet facilities, access to water and some power between Cirencester & Cheltenham available for exclusive use for weddings and events. There is a beautiful old railway cutting behind the main field which would be a beautiful spot for photos and/or a ceremony. RINGFIELD FARM

This hidden gem isn’t online but it’s an amazing spot, a large field and barn on the top of a hill with an amazing view looking down into one of the Stroud valleys with space for camping, glamping and campervans plus an Airbnb property.
