ABOUT THE VENUE
Denfurlong Farm is a new wedding venue in Chedworth, a historic village in the heart of the Cotswolds, just 10 minutes drive from Cirencester. This exciting location offers 4 acres of level grassland, wooded areas, natural features and a beautiful railway cutting; all hidden within a SSSI (site of special scientific Interest) and against a dramatic 40 foot Cotswold stone embankment.
A fifth generation family farm, Denfurlong Farm has become a favourite camping spot for families and activity groups and now it’s available for private hire. Being an established campsite means it comes with many of the amenities that would otherwise be an extra cost to DIY wedding couples – it has the toilets and showers, parking spaces for all of your guests and access to power and water. Guests are welcome to stay on site and can even pick up their barbecue items from the Farm Shop or try the freshly made ice cream made at their dairy.
ABOUT THE TIPIS AND EQUIPMENT
The tipis and all the equipment outlined are all included in the prices. If you wanted to add any further items like catering tents, bar, staging, outdoor furniture etc, then you are welcome to do so, but these will be charged at our usual prices.
OPTIONAL BELL TENT ACCOMMODATION
If you’re also looking for somewhere for your guests to stay, we can help with that too! Book our Bell Tent Village and you can have up to 25 furnished double Bell Tents. Camping is a great solution for being able to have a drink or putting the kids to bed without ending the parent’s night. Our Bell Tents look fantastic and are a guaranteed way to create a memorable experience for you and your guests.
THE HONEYMOON BELL TENT
Our lovely Honeymoon Bell Tent will be available for the happy couple, complete with the super comfortable, top of the range, Vango Shangri-La memory foam camping mattress. We’re not kidding, you will be impressed by this incredible camping mattress, which is arguably much comfier than the mattress you would get in any hotel room! This stylish and comfortable camping experience will be the perfect end to your wedding day.
EXTRA BEDS NEEDED?
If there are families coming, or extra guests bunking in together, you are likely to need more bedding. That’s no problem, talk to us about what your requirements are and we can advise the additional costs to accommodate all of your friends and family.
