10 Jan Cotswold Corporate Events – a Christmas work party with a difference

We love it when our clients say ‘this is my vision, how can we make it happen?’ We love the challenge and we love making our clients’ visions come true. We’ve been out in the cold yet sunny Cotswolds this December setting up an incredible party venue for the hardworking team at Richard James Estate Agents.

For Richard James, they wanted tipis for their staff Christmas do. The vision was a large socialising space with a separate strobe lit dance floor area. For us, the challenge was to build the tunnel that would connect the two completely different areas and make it look INCREDIBLE.

Our team set to work, and we were so proud with the results!Our Wooden Doors are a great addition to your tipis in winter and wet weather. Here you can also see the festoon lights lining the entrance to the tipis (attached the canvas), as well as a festoon lit outdoor walkway, supported by 3 metre wooden poles.Our team setting up.The catering tent goes up around the back of the tipis before the large quantity of beer arrives! Complete with solid and window panel sides, a wide doorway, fixed non-slip flooring and lighting.

The tipis absolutely blew us away and our team had an incredible time. You understood our vision from our first meeting and were so easy to work with. We can’t wait for next year’s Christmas party.
