These FAQs are for guests booking their bell tent accommodation via a Bell Tent Accommodation booking page.


If you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact us on, including the name of the newlyweds-to-be or event host.

We supply pillows, 13.5 tog (winter) duvets and all bed linen.

If you have questions about access to facilities other than those listed in the Info section on the Booking Page, please direct these to the event host or newlyweds-to-be.

No. We recommend that you bring a powerbank if you wish to recharge your phone over night.

There is no power at the tents. Please contact the event host/newlyweds-to-be if you wish to check whether there will be sockets available at the venue.

We do not provide towels or torches (in case you need to nip out of your tent in the middle of the night) so we recommend you bring these, along with warm pjs – it’s better to have them and not need them than vice versa!

We don’t know the ins and outs of the wedding couple’s plans, so please check your invite and/or communications with them to check what else you might want to bring and whether they are arranging anything for the morning after.

Payment is due at the time of booking. 


After you have submitted your Booking Form, we will contact you via email with a link to an invoice and card payment page.

Yes you can however tents will be subject to availability. The sooner you book, the better chance we have to ensure that everyone who wants a tent gets one.

The cancellation terms are listed in the Info section on the Booking Page.

If we find lost property, it is our standard procedure to pass it to the event host/newlyweds if they are around when we take the tents down. Otherwise we will email the person who’s name was on the tent advising them that we have some lost property.

There is a postage + £10 admin fee for returning Lost Property. We will post any Lost Property items as soon as we can.


Any unclaimed Lost Property will be disposed of after 7 days.
